Adjustable Steel Frames

The steel door frames are made of 1.5 mm thick low-carbon steel sheet, powder coated. The casing consists of two stands: hook and hinge (in the frame for double-leaf doors, both hinge stands) and lintels, permanently connected with each other by welding. Hinge stands are equipped with hinge sockets, while the hook stands have cutouts for the tongue and lock bolts of the dedicated door leaf (the set includes a cover gasket). The outer and inner sides of the frame are protected with a varnish, organic protective coating. Frame profile, its dimensions and accessories depend on the selected variant – the type of door to which the frame is to be used

The essence of the adjustable door frame is that it enables the final installation of the door frame, without the need to perform brickwork. Extending the angle closing the frames allows for adjustment in the range of + 30mm

The door frames are powder coated in two gloss levels: matt / fine structure or semi-gloss / smooth.
