What does the product ordering process look like?

In most cases, we first talk by phone to efficiently and quickly discuss your needs and advise you which goods and at what price will be the best. We will also need an e-mail contact because in many cases customers send us apartment plans and other documents that help in obtaining the first insight into the quantity and dimensions of the goods. Based on this, we are able to get a first quote for you.

How long does delivery take from the moment of ordering?

1-3 days pass from the moment of the first contact to the receipt of the first quote. It depends on how quickly you provide charts and documents on the basis of which we can calculate the number of products you need and models. After determining the needs, we calculate together with the factory how quickly they can produce products and deliver them to the indicated address. If we have an order agreed and confirmed by you, production with delivery may take 3 to 8 weeks. There are also extended deadlines if the order is made to order and is non-standard, but it is consulted with you during production.

What is the process of paying for the goods?

During the conversation and at the end of ordering the goods, you get a price estimate of the product you have chosen and approve it, or you are looking for another with the possibility of modifying parameters such as air vents, double or triple doors, other frame profile, etc.
Only when you are satisfied with the price and the product you have chosen, you approve the choice by making a 50% payment of the price. From that moment on, the product is commissioned to the factory and we are waiting for its production. When the factory approves the production of the goods, we inform you that on the same day it is transported to the address indicated by you. As the insured transport starts, we ask you to pay the remaining 50% because it often happens that the order is sent directly to the customer.
All purchases are subject to a quality guarantee by the manufacturer and subject to quality verification by factory employees.

Do orders have insurance?

Most orders have transport insurance, so any defect or damage during transport due to the fault of the shipping company is subject to compensation. It is possible to additionally insure the goods at the customer’s request, but it increases the cost of the product and in most cases it is not needed because accidents of larger vehicles happen quite rarely.
We care about our customers and the goods we deliver, so if we know that the product can be damaged during transport, we ourselves advise on additional insurance.

Can I make changes in my order?

From the first time you get a quote, when you receive a price estimate in your e-mail, we count 2 weeks in which you can change your order and set it precisely. From the moment you pay the 50% deposit, you technically have 1 day to make small changes to your order. After 24 hours the information is already approved in the manufacturer’s system and you cannot change or cancel your order without losing your deposits. Of course, there are various exceptional situations and you can talk about details to cancel your order, but without a full refund of your deposit.

How to adjust the door to my size?

We’re always there to help you choose the right door for your building in terms of size and technology. We have online and PDF catalogs of all available doors we offer so that you can choose the color and model of the door that will suit your building and interior design at home or office.
Very often, after arranging the order and paying 50% in advance, we send our employee to change the entrance before placing the order at the factory. If this is not possible, you do it yourself and it is good to indicate which measure, which company you used, to avoid large discrepancies in obtaining the measurement. We often ask for the removal of the measuring cup. The doors usually have masking lists, so it is possible to manipulate the size of the door during assembly.

How to choose the best door technology for my home and office?

There are many door models on the market made by numerous manufacturers, but technologically we have several production solutions that are used. It is also important to make the product of the highest standard from the best semi-finished products that can withstand many years of use.

Can I choose the color of the door?

Most door models can be made in any color and texture because it is technologically possible. There are doors that are already enriched and they do not need to be changed, but at the customer’s request, everything can be done, but you have to take into account a longer delivery time, even over 8 weeks.

Can I choose different door accessories?

All doors are sold in ready-made sets, that is: door leaf, hinges, frame, handle. If you want to change an element, it is of course possible on request and possible for a small fee depending on the product you change.
We have a very wide range of components from which you can choose something for your needs. We provide advice on the selection of door accessories because not everything fits together technologically.

Who can install the door in my facility?

Of course, the service is payable and depends on the place of installation, the number of products, and the complexity of the installation. We can suggest the installation price, but ultimately it will depend on the installers.

Most windows are made to order as there is one size standard in Great Britain, but the houses come from different historical periods where there were no standards. Therefore, it is important that the customer takes the dimensions individually and passes them on to the first valuation each time. After the first valuation and payment of 50% of the deposit, our employee goes to the premises to remove the dimensions and hand them over to the factory. We know from experience that even the measuring cup may differ in terms of the pitch, which can cause problems when installing the window if it is much too large.
For the installation, we have our own assembly team and fitters throughout the UK who can do the job. Each installation requires additional arrangements with our employee and is not associated with the order of goods.

Can the parameters of the window and various elements in the structure be changed?

The window models depend on the frame models, the number of panes and additional elements that can be installed in them. Due to the fact that the product is manufactured in accordance with specific standards, which are unchanged upon request, many elements may be added or omitted in the structure. You discuss the entire specifics of the window with the sales service before approving the order and the employee will advise what is good and what can be omitted in a given case. Many years of experience allow us to accurately estimate the needs in a given building and geographical location in terms of air vents, seals, foil, chambers inside window frames.
