Simple Rabated Frames

CONSTRUCTION
The straight door frame is made of high-quality wood-based panels and is covered with ecological, wood-like DRE-Cell decorative foil, 3D foil, CPL 0.15 – 0.2 mm laminate, Finish foil or painted. The door frame has a fixed width of 100 mm.

APPLICATION
The straight door frame is used for the following doors:

• input ENTER (equipped with 3 hinges ø 13.5 mm and an additional upper catch)
• entrance SOLID (equipped with 3 hinges ø 13.5 mm and 4 catches for the latch and latch locks)
• glass (“OPC” equipped with 2 hinges ø 15 mm, a special hook and a seal)
• other rebated doors (with the use of 2 or 3 hinges ø 13.5 mm, 3 hinges for frame and plate doors with a width of “90” and wider)

We use masking bands for a simple and simple SOFT door frame, and masking angles for a simple SOFT natura door frame.

SET CONTENTS
The main beam (a horizontal element and two vertical elements), a door seal, a set of hinges, a set of elements intended for the assembly of the frame according to the attached instructions. The door frames are packed in cardboard boxes.
