Steel Hybrid Frames

CONSTRUCTION
Hybrid steel door frames are a solution that combines the solidity of a metal structure with additional functionality that allows for full construction of the frame with the use of wood-based frame elements, finished with CPL laminate. The hybrid frame is a combination of a metal frame with a fixed width, a wood-based panel available in 11 width variants and a masking angle. This solution allows for the construction of a frame with a thickness of 137-337 mm (145-345 for technical doors) and adjustment with an angle up to 20 mm. The frame profile, its dimensions and accessories depend on the selected variant – the type of door to which the frame is to be used.

The door frames are powder coated in two gloss levels: matt / fine structure or semi-gloss / smooth.
